Weather is not in itself a refund reason. Indoor fixtures run regardless of outdoor conditions. If an outdoor fixture is called off for weather, Offside is cancelling it, and a cancellation by Offside is refunded in full.
Windows by venue
Check the venue for the event you are entering. The windows are not the same at every venue.
Asking for a refund
Email sales@offsideindoorsports.com with your registration reference. We respond within 1 business day. Captains: a team refund goes back to whoever paid the team fee, not split across the roster.
