Registration, free agents, payments, refunds, rosters, waivers, spectators and youth. If the answer isn't here, contact us.

How do I register if I don't have a team?

Register as an individual free agent. Offside places you on a roster before the event starts and emails you your team and captain.

When is my spot actually confirmed?

When payment is received under the same legal name you entered on the registration form. Completing the form alone does not reserve a spot.

What happens if Offside cancels?

You receive a full refund. Cancellations and the remedy are communicated with a timestamp. See the Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund if I can't make it?

Refund terms depend on how far out you cancel. The Refund Policy sets out the windows in full.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. One digital waiver per player, completed before kickoff. Captains cannot sign on another player's behalf.

What should I bring?

Cleats or turf shoes and shin guards. Bring both a light and a dark shirt where the event asks for it.

Is the event affected by weather?

No. Offside events run at indoor venues and proceed regardless of outdoor conditions.

Can spectators come?

Yes. Spectators are covered by the same Code of Conduct as players.

Do you run youth programs?

Not yet. When we do, a parent or guardian will create the registration and sign every required document.
