When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• Name: your first and last name.
• Email address: so we can contact you about Offside.
• Interests: the programs you select (e.g. Youth Leagues, Adult Leagues, After-School, Birthday Parties, Open Play, Social Lounge).

We do not knowingly collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to:

• Add you to our founding member waitlist;
• Email you updates about Offside, including opening dates, league launches, and founding member benefits and pricing;
• Understand which programs the community is most interested in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

How your information is processed and stored

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Your information is handled according to their privacy practices in addition to ours.

Your browser also stores a local copy of waitlist sign-ups on your own device (using your browser's local storage) so the page can display a running count of founding members. This data stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site. We use only your browser's local storage as described above.

Your choices

We only email you about Offside, and we don't send spam. If you'd like to stop hearing from us, or you want us to delete the personal information we hold about you, just email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This waitlist is intended to be used by adults (such as parents and guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
