1. Our commitment
Offside Indoor Sports LLC ("Offside", "we") wants players, officials and spectators with disabilities to be able to take part in and enjoy our events, and to use this website without barriers.
2. Venue access
We play at venues we hire, not venues we own, so access differs from venue to venue. Before you register, open the event page and check the Logistics tab. It lists what we know about that venue's access, including step-free entry, parking and arrival.
Where a detail isn't listed, it's because we haven't confirmed it yet. Ask us and we will find out from the venue before you pay.
3. Requesting an accommodation
- Email support@offsideindoorsports.com with the event and what you need. Accessible parking, somewhere to sit, a quieter check-in, or extra time to get to the pitch are all reasonable things to ask for.
- It's best to ask at least 7 days before the event, so there is time to arrange it with the venue. Ask anyway if it's later, and we will do what we can.
- We reply within 1 business day and tell you plainly what can and can't be arranged.
4. Your request stays private
- What you tell us is used only to arrange the accommodation.
- It is shared with the venue or the event director only as far as they need it, and never with your captain, your team or other players unless you ask us to.
- You don't have to explain a condition or provide proof to ask.
5. On the day
- Assistance animals are welcome, subject to the venue's own rules.
- Carers and companions attending as spectators are welcome.
- If something arranged isn't in place when you arrive, tell the event director at check-in straight away.
6. This website
We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means it works with a keyboard and screen readers, text can be enlarged without breaking the page, colour is never the only way information is shown, and there are light and dark themes.
We have not yet had the site independently audited, so some parts may still fall short. Registration, waivers and payment are the parts we check first.
7. Tell us about a barrier
If any part of an event or this website is hard to use, email support@offsideindoorsports.com with what happened and where. If you can't complete a registration or payment online because of it, we will complete it with you another way.
8. Changes
When this statement changes, the version and effective date above change with it.
